After a period of hibernation, Sam Sam’s Ngoc Linh ginseng garden is now ready for the growth cycle of a new year with young shoots emerging from the ground, growing strongly.
The aerial stem gradually grows into a mature ginseng plant with one or several flower clusters. The vertical stem is green or slightly purple, 5-8 mm in diameter, and usually withers every year after the growing season.
Especially the growth time from bud to tree is also faster than every year.
Currently, Sam Sam Group is one of the few units approved by the People’s Committee of Quang Nam province to plant Ngoc Linh ginseng in Village 2, Tra Linh commune, Nam Tra My district, Quang Nam province with a scale of 10 hectares (zoned area of 100 hectares). Step by step, it contributes a large part of its efforts to the conservation and development of Ngoc Linh ginseng to be worthy of the title of “National Treasure” of Vietnam, ready to reach out to the world.
